Welcome to the Anderson Senior Center!
Our goal is to provide a Senior Center with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. A place where you can participate in activities, meet new friends and learn through educational programs. But our overall goal is to have fun!
Through a contract with the Anderson Township Trustees, the Anderson Senior Center is operated and managed by Senior Independence of Southwest Ohio. Their vision is to be Ohio's premier provider of home and community based services recognized for quality, innovation and a positive work environment in today's health care community.
What makes us a well-rounded Senior Center? Monthly, we offer educational programs, cultural outings, fun trips and guest speakers. These activities are combined with our daily/weekly activities of exercise, cards, bingo, watercolors, corn hole and more.
Although the community knows the Anderson Senior Center best for the activities held at the Center, we offer a full range of services including but not limited to transportation, daily congregate meals, home delivered meals (Meals on Wheels) and home health services.
Your membership in the Anderson Senior Center will connect you to the many services available in your community. Anderson Senior Center provides service coordination to help you find the services you need in your community. That may include topics such as help with Medicare Part D, senior housing or assistance in completing complex paperwork.
Again, Welcome to the Anderson Senior Center! My door is always open and I sincerely welcome your visit and input on Center activities. Remember, we are here to provide you quality services because this is your center!
