The Gerspacher companies of Medina have had nearly four decades of experience in building and managing senior living retirement centers that have served several thousand retirees over this period of time.

In 1970 at the request of our local "Senior Citizen Organization", we became pioneers of one of the first senior citizen communities in this part of Ohio. This first facility of 52 adjoining apartments were opened and provided so popular that an additional 143 apartments were opened in 1976. These were called the "Golden Villas" and "Golden Villas West of Medina. Many years ago it was renamed "Nottingham Court", by its new owners.

Then in 1978 we built and operated 150 apartments and clubhouse complex in Massillon, Ohio, named the "Golden Villas" of Massillon.

Feeling the need for more senior housing in Medina, we built, only for those aged 55 years and older "or Better" 135 Apartments and clubhouse, a gazebo, and a 4 1/2 acre spring fed lake, located on 14 1/2 acres of land at the corner of Reagan Parkway and North Jefferson street, only steps away from the center of Medians main shopping area.

All our single floor one and two bedroom apartments and two story townhouses have large covered front porches for your porch furniture and a patio and garden area right outside the back door of your kitchen, and best of all, 90% of all our apartments have a nice covered area to park your car right beside your patio, so you won't have to walk through rain and snow to get to your car.
