Holly Hill is a Healthcare Community combining elegant living with a continuum of care. Owned and managed by the same dedicated family since 1965, the facility provides a continuum of care that enables residents to enjoy quality living. Each resident enjoys the pleasure of beautiful views and lovely décor, which enriches the daily provision of care.
The Cottage at Holly Hill, Holly Hill’s Independent Living facililty, is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, dining room, family room, living room and a screened porch. Each resident has a private bedroom and bathroom to decorate as they wish. The monthly fee includes chef-planned and prepared lunches and dinners, all utilities, full housekeeping, laundry and maintenance services.
HOLLY HILL’s Skilled Nursing Facility offers 24-hour professional care that includes Immediate Post-Op Sub-Acute Care, Short-Term Skilled Care, Intermediate Care and Rehabilitation Services. Specialized services provided by our qualified staff comprise of tracheotomy care, wound care, intravenous therapy, hospice care, and physical, occupation and speech therapies. An individualized Restorative Nursing Program provides a continuum of care for residents of HOLLY HILL, which allows them to maintain optimum functional levels when therapies are not warranted.
Counseling and other psychological services are available as needed.
A variety of activities are designed to create ample opportunity for socialization, entertainment, and self-expression. Menus are planned by Registered Dieticians to ensure that meals are both nutritional and appealing.
