- A Private Residence in the floor plan of your choice, with well-equipped kitchen, baths with safety aids, a private balcony or patio, and all utilities except phone. Homes may be customized, upgraded or expanded to suit your tastes.
- Housekeeping every other week, with one "deep" cleaning each year.
- Linens delivered to your door weekly, including fresh linens and towels.
- Maintenance of your home, building and grounds, including appliance repair/ replacement, lawn care and snow/leaf removal.
