About Lutheran Home at Napoleon
Lutheran Home at Napoleon is situated in the friendly Henry County community of Napoleon. A tremendous volunteer base, provided through the auxiliary, is one of the outstanding attributes of Lutheran Home at Napoleon.
Lutheran Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
Opened in 1985, the 100-bed Extended Care Center provides Medicare skilled care, Medicaid and long-term nursing care in a modern, yet homelike environment. The staff of highly skilled health care professionals is dedicated to the residents' well-being. A wide range of activities is provided for all residents to help keep them as active and involved as possible.
Assisted Living
As part of the continuing care concept, Lutheran Home at Napoleon has designed Alpine Village, assisted living at its finest. Alpine Village features 40 appartments designed to make day-to-day living easier for the older adult. Residents can choose from a wide range of services to make daily living comfortable and safe.
Independent Living
The independent living component of continuing care at Lutheran Home at Napoleon is Bavarian Village which combines the privacy of independent living with the assurance and security of long-term care.
Conceived as sensible housing for older adults, these private villa-style residences feature many amenities and services that make retirement living a pleasure. An emergency call system is available, all maintenance is included, and attached garages enhance security.
The exclusive Life-Lease plan allows residents to purchase an interest in the facility while protecting their equity investment.
