Mennonite Memorial Home (MMH) is a not-for-profit Christian organization located in Bluffton, Ohio. It was founded in 1955 by members of local Mennonite churches who had a vision of providing a "home" where the elderly of the area could receive comfortable housing, security, loving care, and a good quality of life.

The community Mennonite churches continue to support this goal by providing financial, spiritual, and volunteer resources.

MMH provides a continuum of care including independent-living cottages, assisted-living units and skilled nursing care. This continuum of care allows residents to age in a setting they consider home.

MMH provides its services on two campuses in Bluffton as well as coordinating mobile meals and senior transportation within our surrounding community.

The Mennonite Memorial Home campus is located on a beautiful 16-acre setting in Bluffton. The buildings, grounds, sidewalks and recreational areas all lend a feeling of quiet confidence and serenity. This campus has independent-living duplexes, assisted-living apartments, and a 92-bed skilled nursing facility, with a special emphasis on creating environments for individuals with Alzheimer's or related Dementia.

Maple Crest is an 18-acre campus located on the west side of Bluffton. Designed with senior independence in mind, it has duplexes, 1 and 2 bedroom independent apartments as well as assisted-living apartments.

Mennonite Home Health Services takes a small town touch into the homes of persons with temporary illnesses or disabilities.

Independent living apartments are located in the beautiful main building, which is the showcase of the Maple Crest campus. The apartments provide peace of mind to residents by having close neighbors and support available if it is needed. Assistance with the tasks associated with maintaining a home is provided, along with the assurance that, as domestic chores become difficult to accomplish, support is available.

At Maple Crest residents have the option of either a one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartment which may be furnished with personal belongings to make it truly home. There are spacious living and dining areas, completed kitchens with range, refrigerator, and plenty of cabinet and storage space. Residents are welcome to invite friends and neighbors to dine with them in our lovely Rose Dining Room or in their apartment.
