Elizabeth Schaefer Apartments is senior apartment living at its best for individuals age 62 and over. Residents experience independent living with an added sense of security and peace of mind in a faith-based environment.
Basic services and amenities are included in a monthly rental fee. The fee is based on the size of the apartment and number of occupants. In addition, there is a non-refundable entrance fee.

The Elizabeth Schaefer Apartments building was opened in 1980. The two-story brick building features 31 spacious apartments, ranging in size from 650 to 997 square feet. Ample common space includes a newly decorated lounge and dining room, laundry, library, wide hallways and generous storage space.

Security
The entrance doors to Elizabeth Schaefer Apartments are locked. A telephone and phone book in each lobby enables visitors to call an apartment to notify a resident of their arrival.

The St. Francis Senior Ministries offers a continuum of care that includes independent living, assisted living, intermediate and skilled care nursing, and dementia care services.
Residents of Elizabeth Schaefer Apartments have priority admittance to St. Francis Home if assisted living, rehabilitation services or nursing care is required. The St. Francis campus meets our residents’ lifestyle and healthcare needs, today and tomorrow.
